NEW Q. Is a clearing firm responsible for filing a TIC Form S?

A. No. A clearing firm is not responsible for filing the TIC Form S.

Typically the firm that executed the securities transaction is obligated to report the data. Since the clearing firm is not principal to the trade, it has no reporting obligation. For additional information, refer to the TIC Form S Fact Sheets.

The TIC Form S Fact Sheets can be found at http://www.treas.gov/tic/srptresp.805.pdf.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
