It appears there is a new function which will let you find a photo to add to your answers by doing a search while on the same page (no need to go search for an image elsewhere). It is not working right now but I think this will be a good feature and makes it quicker to add one to the answer. Workaround - photos don't upload when you but them on via URL - doesn't seem to be saving them.
Did yours give you a save option or did you have to edit to add it? The work around is to edit the answer once it is added and put the photo on, then click the save button in the lower right of the screen. Search is now producing pictures so maybe my work around is not needed - will know when I hit the submit button.
Edit to add: Search will give you choices of pictures now, you choose one to select which you want on your answer. However, the initial reply won't show it, you have to use the work around and add it from the edit. Edit is found at the top left of the box, where the small pointing section of the box points up towards the profile picture.
You have separate edit boxes for photo, video, audio, and text.
I can't see my points or my M$ balance on my profile. I don't know if that is the same for everyone. I can find my M$ balance by voting a question interesting (and I can then cancel if all I want is to check my balance.).
One of the 'tips' I found is that there is no more 'Edit' button, when you've posted a question or answer. However, you can still change your answer up to 60 minutes after you've posted it! Simply hover your mouse over your text, and you'll see an 'edit' box appear at the lefthand top corner.
This may be the simplest, but very important tips I found, as I often have to use the 'edit' button, to correct small errors in my answers after I post them.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
