O que preciso fazer para acabar com as espinhas e manchas que elas deixam.?

Exatamente,espinhas realmente só deixam suas manchas se somente forem estouradas. Por isso é importante que as espinhas não sejam esprimidas...Deixa elas lá,que depois que secarem nem deixam marca e tal.
