Democratic Governor Ed Rendell (a pal of President Obama) enacted the LARGEST one-time percentage State income tax increase we have ever seen. He is proposing new taxes on Natural gas drilling (something that has started to revitalize many areas of the state).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
