Ok... Four interviews and no job offer! What can I do to get the job when I firmly believe I am the best possible candidate? Had another interview with another company last night and the interviewer told me she was extremely impressed with me.

I have another tonight. Wish me luck? Your advice got me through 4 rounds with the last company.

You could find a "head hunter"... an agent to find you a job Many of these folks will help to groom you and even give you a mock interview and tell you what you are doing wrong. Possibly there is something that you are doing that is turning off the prospective employer and you don't even know you are doing it. Well, here goes. Have you an up to date résumé’s? Is it neat, accurate, informative, correct spelling, and no more than two pages and a cover, page; the employer doesn’t want to read your autobiography; and describe all the skills you can bring to the position and training you’ve had for it.

If the training was a year or two old, make sure to mention online courses, and other methods that you’ve used to keep your skills up to date. Learning a few things about the company you are applying at, so you don’t sound like a complete fool when the interviewer asks you a question about why you want to work there. Depending on the job: Office: Semi formal (no gowns or anything)--shirts buttoned all the way up.No short skirts, sunglasses, that means: wearing or on top of head.

Characterizations; skirt and jacket combo, colors that are not too bright and over powering. If you are running windows, you can access resume’s templates This is an excellent idea as it will help you to not include the ones that talk you down; believe me, there are quite a few of those. I try and ask if it is okay to include their name as a reference.

I notice that referrals from previous employers aren’t a prevalent today as they were before, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a couple. Don’t be afraid to ask questions yourself. If asked how much you are willing to work for, be prepared to answer by having a good ideas as to how much others are making in that same position (average wage) so the math and how much you expect to be paid by hour, commission, week, day, etc. NEVER, NEVER say anything bad about a previous employer and/or co-workers.

When asked for your good work habits, be honest. If he asks what you think your negative attributes are, use something along the lines of when you get involved in a project, assignment, etc, your hardest difficulty is leaving a job finished when you go home have problems. This uses your good points to negate the negatives.

Local libraries, high schools, colleges and universities should have loads of material on writing résumés, cover pages and how to prepare for your interview. Take examples! Along with your resume (even though they already have it, give them another copy), take examples of your work. An interview is your time to "sell" yourself.

They need something to remember you by after you leave. If you are applying for a job that requires a lot of Excel work, take some spreadsheet examples. These should not be basic examples.

Give them color, formulas, charts, and of course meaning. Make sure to always use positive answers, even on negative questions. Example: What is your worst quality.

Answer could be: I take ownership of my work, and have difficulty passing it to the next person. Always turn a negative into a positive. Never say negative words as this will put negative thoughts about you into their minds.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
