I vote for salad. My Jersey tomatoes are plentiful and I pick them and put them right in the salad. They are still warm and taste like sunshine!

Spaghetti, capellini to be specific. I like to cook garlic, tomatoes, basil and green peppers in olive oil then toss the cooked spaghetti in and sprinkle with parsley and romano cheese. MMMMM good!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
