Not an owner but my bro (who's also my next door neighbour) has had several litters of wabbits in the last year or two. My understanding is rabbits pull hair when they can't find another source for making a nest. Solution: a trip to your local Spotlight/fabric shop (or pull an old cushion apart) and get some pollyfill also known as hobbyfill or wadding.
She'll take the stuffing into a quiet, secure sheltered corner and you'll find her little litter on hairless bunnies underneath it (inside the pollyfill) in about a month from memory. They are pretty self sufficient mothers but on occassion you may need to intervene by bringing them inside and sringe feeding every couple of hours. There's heaps of great online sources of info about breeding wabbits or go and hassle your local pet shop or the previous owner for info if you don't like reading.
Especially if this is her first litter. Good luck with it.
You can begin breeding your rabbits when they are 4 to 4.5 months old (miniature and giant breeds may vary and individual rabbits may take longer than others). If you'd like the does to reach full maturity and size, it is recommended to wait until they are 6 months old before breeding (AZ Rabbits discourages this as it can cause breeding problems). This can be desired if you will be selling foundation stock to others so they can see what their parents look like at full maturity so they know what to expect theirs to look like.
Breeding early won't necessarily effect their breeding success nor the size or number of kits, although our experience has been that breeding starting at 4.5 months results in a better producing rabbit. Once the doe has been bred, they will slow their growth and they may never reach the full size they might otherwise have reached. It is a personal preference you need to make for yourself.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
