On the Britax Boulevard car seat, why is the crotch strap so short and the harness such a pain to buckle/unbuckle?

Perhaps you will have better luck. I've also checked the FAQs for the Boulevard model, again without success.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
