Palit GeForce GTX 680 Jetstream vs EVGA GTX 670 4GB SC vs MSI GeForce GTX 670?

The palit even though its not the best card of the lot will perform much better than the 960 no matter what when it coes to silence both cards fans don't turn on until they get to 60c and the 970 pulls about 140w whereas the 960 pulls 120w a very minor difference.
