Here's a couple of reason why you shouldn't d self harm 1. Because your perfect the way you are 2. Because self harm will lead to worst things... And I'm pretty sure your 3 friends don't wanna lose you 3.

Because maybe those cuts make you feel better but the feelings only temporary. 4. Just like that feeling everything is temporary, things get better, the pain is temporary 5.

Your existence is importent. No ones born without a reason. 6.

You did it. You went a month without harming your self. You ******* did it, so keep going so you can look back and remember how strong you are!

7. I don't know you, but the fact that your getting better inspires me! So don't give up now 8.

We all have our ups and downs some go deeper then others, but remember thing get better! 9. Because I think your ******* great!

And 10. Because your worth so much that I'm sitting here typing all this for you at 7:26 am when I haven't even gone to sleep yet, Because your life matters.

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with depression and at this moment don't have another person to vent to. Friends are rare and awesome things ,but they can't be our only outlet or source of peace. Its important in relationships to feel that you can be honest and yourself with those closest to you,but in life there are battles we sometimes have to face on our own .

It's not due to being alone or abandoned,but due to the reality that those we love aren't always available. What othe coping skill helps you? There was a time before you started self harming and I'm sure back then there were things that you did for comfort.

Some people take hot showers ,meditate , deep breath,draw ,write or whatever they can do to safely weather the temporary weight they are feeling. Remember those people are still in your life even if they aren't there in that moment. If you notice yourself fixating only on your emotional mind , force your self to think in logic.

There is alot of power in finding that balance.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
