First of all you need to write good quality, interesting hubs that are of interest to people. You also need to ensure that you have enabled the Hubpages Ad program and opened an Adsense account. Without the HP Ad program and Adsense you won't be able to earn.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
