Please help me find a book? I am looking for an older romance/drama novel about a boy and girl that are soulmates?

I am looking for an older romance/drama novel about a boy and girl that are soulmates. The boy and girl start out as children and they are brother and sister, I don't believe biological, then something happens to one of them and the next part is of the two of them reincarnated as 2 new people still trying to find each other, still soulmates. I seem to recollect him being some sort of arab prince and her trying to get behind the palace gates to get to him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
