POLL: What are your thoughts on Washington State & Colorado legalizing Marijuana for recreational use?

I'm all for it. Anyone who wants it can get it now so there won't be an increase in users. There will be a huge decrease in the number of people facing court and going to gaol and organised crime will be very annoyed.

The "war on drugs" has been a complete failure. Let's try something different.

It will be interesting to see if anyone is tracking alcohol sales. I think it would be great if there was a decrease. Weed is much less addictive and destructive than alcohol, so a decrease would demonstrate a positive impact of legalization of weed.

I don't smoke, haven't in many years, but I have no problem with it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
