Presbyterians usually follow a much more traditional Protestant liturgy and baptise infants. Theologically, they're usually me inclined towards the Reformed church tradition rather than free-will theologies, and have a wide spectrum from socially conservative, to mainstream, to liberal. Baptists on the other hand favour free-will theology (although there are Reformed Baptists) and value more sporadic god-worship.

Baptists usually aren't too concerned about church attendance, and an old Baptist friend of mine who himself went to church frequently said it's better to have a good prayer life at home than to go to church regularly. Thus, their view of the ordinances (baptism and lord's supper) is less strict, and many congregations don't even old the lord's supper every week. Socially, they are more likely to be conservative on social issues, stricter about no sex before marriage, and sometimes prefer people to marry along denominational lines.

This however really only applies to America; Baptists in other areas of the Western world (such as Australia) are much more mixed with social views and many congregations allow for some personal differentiation. There certainly are mainstream and liberal Baptist congregations, but you'd have to look for them, and the most liberal are sometimes LGBT-centred denominations.

Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) is a conservative denomination and Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, GA is their college. Most Presbyterians believe Ephesians 1:3-11 & 2:1-10 that says God chooses those who believe. Most Baptists do not.

Presbyterians baptize infants into the covenant. Baptists do not. Baptists dunk; Presbyterians sprinkle.

. Both Presbyterian and Baptist religions are daughters of the Whore of Babylon, and still obey the pope (day of worship). If you really want a GOOD college, look up andrews.edu/ .

Go to the one with the better academics. Baptist and presbyterian are so similar that you probably won't notice much of a difference anyway.

Baptist attending a presbyterian college, and from what I can tell they are very similar.
