Problem with Windows 7 launch?

Alright. Option One. Use those recovery discs that the laptop should have come with.

If the laptop didn't come with recovery discs, then you were supposed to MAKE recovery discs as your first action with the new laptop. If you were supposed to make them and you did not, then you must call Dell Tech Support and PURCHASE the recovery discs. Yes, that means spending money because you did not do what you were supposed to when the laptop was new.

If you purchased the laptop used, and it did not come with recovery discs, it was your responsibility to purchase them from Dell then. At any rate, you cannot boot Windows now to attempt to create these recovery discs. Since you cannot make them, you need to get them from Dell.

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/g... Call Tech Support. Buy the discs. Use them when they arrive to perform a factory recovery.

This is the cheapest option available to you, and it means you will have to do the work. Option two. Take the laptop to a LOCAL computer repair shop, and pay $100 or so to have your OS reinstalled fresh.

Option three. Take the laptop to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and pay $200 to have your OS reinstalled, or $300 to have your OS reinstalled with a backup of your old data. Otherwise, there is no magical fix where you can hit a few keys and make it all better, or wave a wand over the unit to make the big bad uglies go away.

Your OS is corrupted, and you HOPE to all that is holy that your issues are ONLY infection based. If your issues are only infection based, then the repair will be inexpensive and only require Windows 7 to be reinstalled. If your issues are based on hardware failure (bad hard drive, bad Ram, etc) then you will have to pay MORE money, and you cannot escape paying money for a hardware repair.

End of line.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
