From what I understand, the tineout error is being reported from the Server as 60000ms. Coincidentally, this 60 seconds is the default timout for the IBM IHS server so your issue could well be with that.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
