No, porque cada plataforma tiene unos servidores diferentes especializados para esas plataformas. Es como por ejemplo en el caso de los celulares un Iphone no es compatible por via Bluetooth a un Android, o como mezclar aceite y agua, sencillamente es imposible. A no ser que seas un hacker y te metas a los servidores de PS4.
