Putting an icon at the right end of a WPF expander control?

It is because of the Default Template of the Expander (ToggleButton ContentPresenter). This is the modified template and see this is the result you required.

Kishore, thanks very much for this code, it really works perfectly! Can I ask is this based on the default template for the expander, if so where did you find the default template? How many lines were modified?

I would like to compare with the original to see what you did. Thanks! – TripleAntigen Dec 2 '10 at 10:04 1 yes it is purely from the default template.

Iam using Expression blend to extract existing template of the Expander. Excellent tool. I Changed only one property HorizontalAlignment value in the ToggleButton in ExpanderDownHeaderStyle to Stretch.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
