Q 4 Jehovah's Witnesses... have we let ourselves fall into the trap of refering to?

Sunshine, I have only been on Yahoo since October, and this experience has actually been enlightening. When I first started answering questions, I did answer some of those questions, until I realized who these people are, and the reason for them being here--didn't take me long. I try my best now to just ignore these silly questions aimed at harming us, and dishonoring Jehovah and Christ Jesus.

Sometimes anger gets the best of us. And sometimes we just feel that some topics need to be clarified for the benefit of those who just happen to stop in to see the conversation. But in reality, and I agree with The Mom, we really should not be answering questions from apostates, not only because of who they are, but also because they are trying to set us up.

They will then use our words, try to twist them and then say "look at what JWs say", when it's really slander. All they want is to mock us, and to preach their own message, and gain followers who can continue to slam Jehovah's Witnesses. Why give them the ammunition?

I answer questions on Spanish Yahoo also, and it's no different on that side. Plenty of bitter apostates, some ruthless. I have resolved to only answer questions of those who have sincere Biblical questions, and there's no point in answering silly questions that just have no point.

This is a personal matter, and everyone will look at it differently. As for me, I will continue to trust in Jehovah, there is much work to be done as we all know, let's be positive, knowing that Jehovah loves and takes care of us. Also, those who get to know us as Witnesses here and see our calm, uplifting answers, seasoned with salt, will see the difference.

Think about it friends! They are truly showing they are from their father the devil! For he is the one that is the father of the lie, crafty acts, a slanderer, a manslayer AND the ruler of this world!

1 John 5:19 We KNOW we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. Remember, Jesus Christ himself said the weeds will continue to grow along with the wheat. Those questions and lies will continue right up to Armageddon!

We have to leave the rest in Jehovah's hands and know that it will be taken care of in His due time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
