Liberal If I wasn't, then I would just be another jackass neocon.
By definition they are fiscally conservative and liberal on social issues. If the answer is something different, they're not libertarians.
They are whatever they want to be as long as the damn government doesn't make them say otherwise.
A true libertarian is neither. They believe that government needs to stay out of social issues.
A true Libertarian never forces their morals onto others.
Libertarians are libertarian on social issues. That is, they would rather government keep its nose out of their business. Example: Conservative: wants laws to outlaw gay marriage Liberal: wants laws to protect gay marriage Libertarian: wants government out of the marriage business Example 2: Conservative: wants laws to outlaw marijuana Liberal: wants laws to legalize marijuana Libertarian: wants government out of the marijuana business.
I'm actually pretty conservative on social issues, but only for myself and my family. I think marijuana, hell I think all drugs, should be legalized. But there would be hell to pay if I caught my kid doing them.
I also think abortion is murder, but I don't think the government has the right to restrict it based on what is essentially a religious belief. I know enough to realize that tolerating an action doesn't mean that you condone it. Hence my personal beliefs on social issues are conservative, my political beliefs are liberal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
