For your first part. Both parties need a HyperJava Account. You will pay for an Admin license.

Affiliate accounts are free. Affiliates are signed up by you. They can login and just see your campaign.

That is it. They can only get the code you want them to put on their website. They can not do anything else like you can.

They CAN see their won stats. That is about it. But YOU have the full version to anything you can imagine!

For the second part of your question, once you have the ads showing on your partners webpages, you can login to your admin and change them on the fly. You manage it all in your admin. You can change the price or the entire ad.
