Well...there are already Bibles that have been altered to be homosexual-friendly. However: **generally speaking** the Bible is not "revised" in the manner that you suggest. The reason is this: almost all Bible translations are direct translations from ancient, original language documents.
With almost all Bible translations, any change in meaning between older translations and newer translations is due solely to improved understanding of the Biblical languages. (Note: also some changes due to the discovery of more reliable, older source texts in the original languages.) The English Bibles that are homosexual-friendly are not pure translations. One is a clearly biased translation (with the intended goal of producing a homosexual- and transsexual- friendly Bible), and the other is an admitted alteration of an existing translation.
In other words: such are not considered respectable translations by either Biblical language scholars or by "the Christian Community" as a whole. I can't imagine this changing. That is: I can't imagine both Biblical language scholars and Christians at large suddenly finding acceptable Bibles that are anything other than scholarly translations of the original language texts.
Few Christians have done so in the last 450 years (the time period that Bible translations from the original language texts have been around).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
