Rake is broken after setting up capistrano and deprec?
Deprec is not related to the application. Its function is to prepare the server to accept the application. Removing deprec from my gemfile solved this problem I am adding this, just to close out the question.

Rb files in that directory are automatically loaded. # Configure sensitive parameters which will be filtered from the log file.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
