Ryuk, and yeah I agree, I don't understand why matt has such a huge fanbase. He has like only 2 scenes in the anime and like 2 panels in the manga, they could have completely removed his character and the story still would have made sense.

I'm thinking that the fangirlism over Matt is just... basically random ^_^". He's such a random character, but he did have an important part in the story (i.e. Helping kidnap Takada).

And actually, in the official guidebook, Matt was supposed to have brown hair I'm pretty sure. Or... was it green? But most fanart depicted him with red hair, so it kind of stuck ^^.

Personally, I like Ryuk, he's just so funny.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
