Despite all of the rhetoric, the differences between liberals and conservatives just aren't big enough to warrant ripping the country apart. Let's be real, if a state were to secede from the union it would be damaging to the country but even more damaging to that state. The second reason, is there really isn't that many far right conservatives.
Most far right conservatives are the ones that listen to Rush Limbaugh and watch Fox News each night. Most Americans, including most Republicans are just not that involved in following day to day politics. So while many may support such stances, it's not worth going to war over.
Finally, if state wanted to, it could secede from the union assuming that it could fight off the US military much like what the south tried to do during the Civil War.
Look up "The Civil War" Evidently you've never heard of it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
