Retargeting solution from .Net 4.0 to 4.5 - how to retarget the NuGet packages?

NuGet 2.1 offers a feature that makes this a lot simpler: just do update-package -reinstall from the Package Manager Console.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
