Samsung screen not working on desktop but is working on laptop? Cld it be Graphics Card?

Without actually seeing the screen there are too many problems to diagnose here. Could be a virus, the video card or the screen itself. Just take it to a shop, they should be able to tell you.

I think your processor has when out, has it been overheating lately, your going to have to take it a computer shop, Computer Rentasons is the best.
