Sass --watch is not watching partials?

The simple way I got this to work was to go to just do a watch on the folder with my primary css in. So if your css folder is call "css" then.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
