Make sure you contact, paypal they should tell you what to do, they should stop it, if your paypal is connected to a credit card or whatever-report it to them also (put a hold on that account or close it, also ask paypal too also), and paypal should or will stop him or suspend him... ALSO then Get info. From paypal, and go to the police, and they may tell you to get a lawer. PayPal should really handle this problem.

Once you reported it to paypal from that day on it is thier problem for future charges... Good Luck.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
