I don't like it either and the problem isnt that they are just being a customer like everyone else. They are just like children who buy candy and the clerk gives them change and of course they want to buy more candy with the change. The same thing with lotto and scratch tickets.
They will buy the scratch tickets, then win something and want to buy some more. I hope that they start using some kind of automated vending machine where they can buy their tickets without tying everyone up.
Proper etiquette would be, once the initial purchase has been paid for, the purchaser should step aside. If they find they have winning tickets, they can get back in line to collect they're winnings or make a new purchase.
First come first served. If a great deal of time is needed to serve the lotto customer and other customers are too impatient to wait, they do have a choice - go to another store.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
