I don't think the National Football League will get involved in this situation. When the New Orleans Saints play the Minnesota Vikings everyone will know what Darren Sharper said and the players will take care of things themselves. They always have and I would bet they always will.
Extra protection will be put around Brett Favre, I am sure. It would surprise me to see someone on the Vikings take a shot at Sharper to try and knock him out of the game for his comments. Should any cheap shots be taken on either side of the ball, then the referee and league officials will hand down the appropriate fines and suspensions.
Until then, I doubt anything will be done. Perhaps the Saints team will fine Sharper for such statements but I doubt anything will happen beyond that.
.HELL NO! Sharper is noted to be a very impacting guy with his words and every athlete has that fire in him. As for the comments, well, what really did he do wrong?
Free speech still exists right?. Lol. He should not be fined but could do us all a favor and tone it down a little especially when it comes to his team.
But calling this man a drama attention getter, thats just ludacris. The biggest drama queen in the league is Favre and maybe he has put himself in this position. Look I like Favre as a player and respect Sharper for his ability on defense but come on the whole subject including Sharpers comments really have no place in football PERIOD.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
