Should debating the existence of God be something to enjoy rather than something to get angry over?

Look Buster, you haven't a clue. Both Atheism and Christianity are supported by rigorous academic arguments and philosophy. I imagine you put forth a basic childish argument thinking you are so clever.

Seeds of atheism were sown by towering figures of atheist prophets including Nietzsche, Marx, Camus and Freud, who called us out of our self-serving use of religion toward better faith and a better world. Arguably, they have done more to improve religion -- and with it, the world -- than some of our most admired religious leaders. They all respected knowledge and facts and approached their arguments with humility.

If Dawkins, Harris, and the other militants were intellectually honest, they would have to acknowledge that their movement is based on hypothesis, not fact. They are arrogant and have no interest in furthering knowledge but selling books to the uninitiated. Self-righteousness will get you nowhere.

Educate yourself and move on.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
