Should Osama Bin Laden be tried ( if caught ) in a civilian or military court?

The worst thing that we can do to Osama bin Laden is to let him rot, alive, and in public. It shouldn't require any secret evidence to convict him; there's plenty of videotapes of him taking responsibility. Give him a lawyer, and show the world that this is a nation of laws, a just nation, one the world should look up to.

He and his lawyer will do their best to make a mockery of the proceedings, but if we can convict him by our own rules, clear and fair, we'll show the world that we're a civilized nation and better than him and his followers. That will do a lot more damage to them than hiding him away for mere revenge. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
