Definitely the HP one, the CPU is newer, and windows 10 is better with a touch screen if you have a convertible (tablet mode) anyway. Plus you'll be needing that extra storage for bloatware etc. that windows has.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
