Sqlite Query Optimization (select * from where in AND not in order by limit offset)?

I would remove the select * from and change it to select column1, column2 from.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
