Yes it does. But this tactic is not only used against the Tea Party. This is THE policy of the progressive, left wing, big government politicians (intentionally left out party reference - both parties are infected with power drunk politicians).

Over the last few years, I have started to become more informed, and I found out that much of the core undertones as well as cirricullum of our public school system has been based on that strategy.
