Ted Cruz is eligible to run as president, right?

Its a LOT more complicated then your making it sound. To be US President by the US Constitution you must be a Natural Born Citizen which means also at birth you had NO allegiance to another country. Citizen is NOT the same as a Natural Born Citizen.

To be a Natural Born Citizen its been generally accepted by US Constitution experts and International Law that it means you were born to 2 Citizen parents of that country in question and without any foreign connection to another country such as duel citizenship. By that definition Cruz is NOT a Natural Born Citizen thus not eligible to run for POTUS. Now I like Cruz myself for the most part but it is the Constitution.

However this is a bigger play against the US Constitution then you realize. Its about redefining what a Natural Born Citizen is which Obama clearly is not as his father was NOT a US Citizen and also due to British American Treaty that British Citizenship is granted before American Citizenship which means Obama was born a British Citizen and only could aquire US Citizenship through his mother. Now without going into the *birther* argument this is a play at redefining what a Natural Born Citizen is by both sides in large part to protect Obama among future goals as well.

As the US Constitution never specifically defined what a NBC is one has to look at accepted International Law at the time and other writings by the framers of the US Constitution which allows argument and debate. Now ask yourself, do you think someone with allegiance to a foreign country matter how big or small should be in the most powerful government position their is?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
