No. Reality exists outside consciousness in greater detail than we can ever comprehend. We, as individuals, play a very small temporary part in it.

If you don't see this answer it still exists, and if you loose any part of the system which brings it to you it still exists. There are many paths leading through reality, you are just at one end of one of them.
