Theists: Shouldn't you be thanking atheists and agnostics?

Easily,,we laugh,,it annoys them even more.

I'm not sure that being told I'm going to hell is enough to provoke me to intolerance (although I might criticise their ideas and have a joke at their expense, things I don't consider to be intolerant). Something that might drive me to intolerance? The idea of somebody setting up a separate form of law within a democratic society, eg. Sharia law or the recent claims by some Catholics that spiritual law is above state law (to justify a priests failure to report child abuse for instance).

When people think they can opt out of democratically imposed laws, this is a threat to our society.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
