There is a small spot that looks like a red blister on my chinchillas back paw. He is running?

I would keep a close eye on it. The blister could be a scratch or wound of something in the cage or from outside the cage during playtime.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
