A cooked pork loin will give you lots of options for lunch... I buy a really large pork loin...cook it up...have it for supper that day. Then, slice some of it in 'pork chop' like pieces and freeze for another meal... I also shred a lot of it...bagging some of it with Kraft BBQ sauce for a quick meal over mashed potatoe or rice. For lunches... Chopped cooked pork on a tossed salad... Shredded cooked pork mixed with BBQ sauce in a sandwich... The 'home made TV dinner'...I re-use the trays from Healthy Choice or Lean Cusine meals... A slice of cooked pork covered with apple sauce with cinnamon, some rice or potatoe, some frozen veggies.
Make up the dinners, seal with Saran wrap and freeze. Remove Saran, cover with waxed paper and heat in microwave on high for 5--6 minutes. A nice hot, healthful lunch.
These 'lunch' meals can be made up with any leftovers.... A piece of cooked chicken, a scoop of pasta and sauce and a frozed veggie is good. I'll be making a ton of these dinners after Thanksgiving...as well as a vat of homemade turkey soup...frozen in single serving containers. The best part of re-using the frozen dinner trays...is portion control.

Tuna, Grilled Chicken, ... I eat a wide variety of low fat lunches. I am a huge fan of tuna, plain or tuna salad. I also like to put grilled chicken on sandwiches and salads.
What is nice about the chicken is that I can do it on the weekend ahead of time. I also really enjoy fresh vegi sandwiched with avocado. You can do salds also and put just about anything you want on them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
