Uk television in America, Uk shows in the USA, British TV in America.?

I agree with you and can I just say that the UK versions of the X Factor, Skins and Talent are much better in quality although they are underrated. So overall, UK ones are better.

Definitely UK version are better Take Skins for example... The Americans don't get that there is such a rich british culture within Skins you can't simply pick it up and move it to a new location. Skins is great because it tells us stories about what it is like being a teenager in bristol. Teenagers are not going to have the same experiences in a town in the US that is cold and dull!

The US have great shows that show what it is like to live in the US like with How I met your mother.. now have the same premise in london the story would (or should) play out completely differently. Both have great shows but they should stick to their own shows because where they originated is often what makes them... 90210 would not be the same if it were just moved to a rich town in say Australia... would it?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
