Upgrade Windows & RC (x86) to Windows 7 Professional x64 or x86?

Obviously, the 64-bit version with a 64-bit processor is going to be more efficient in the use of the machine, particularly memory, than the 32-bit version. If you have the choice go with the 64-bit version. The same goes for any applications where you can choose 64- or 32-bit versions.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
