We get burst of "My Vizio just stopped working" every few months. Some people buy one and they last years, others barely make it out of the warranty period. So it's a crap shoot if you get one that remains stable.
Unlike some of the crappy Insignia, Westinghouse, Dynex, etc. Vizio is trying to be a good TV company. Yet - some review sites like them: http://www.techlicious.com/blog/best-tvs... Look above and below your question. At least 3 posts about problems with Vizio.
Vizio has a solid reputation as a bargain brand. They don't use the same high-quality screens as, say, Samsung, but they're still pretty good. My wife uses one of their smaller TVs for her computer, and we replaced her parents' TV with a larger Vizio one last year.
I can't make any statements about the quality of the apps or anything since neither my wife nor her parents use that feature. I just wish the remote was larger and laid out better. The power button is poorly marked and more than a few times my wife hit the larger, redder, "Netflix" button that's just under the power button.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
