If the rotors aren't rough from worn out pads grinding grooves in them and feel smooth you can get away with just doing the pads. You may feel slight ridges on the rotors from normal use. If they feel smooth with no rough edges don't worry about it.
Of course if you take it to a shop they will always tell you to turn the rotors...and charge you for it. Disc brake pads are easy to change and it's a do it yourself job if you have the tools. Go to YouTube and watch a video if you're unsure of what to do.
Then decide if you want to tackle the job. I do a complete 2 axle brake pad replacement in an hour and fifteen/ hour and a half.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
