If so you may have got your plug wires switched around causing a misfire. If this was happening prior to the tuneup I would look at fuel pressure and exhaust. Kinda hard to diagnose without hearing it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
