Was is the percentage of men that don't masturbate?

It has been estimated (from surveys and questionaire results) that of boys and men who are able to produce semen something above 90% masturbate. So the percentage who don't masturbate would be 10% or less. There is an old saying that goes... "95% of men and boys admit that they masturbate and the other 5% are liars.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
