We paid for my nieces' bridesmaids dress in my daughters wedding, now shes engaged & expecting her to buy her own dress. Fair or not?

I used to, back in my single days. On my mom's side I'm the 2nd youngest grandchild and married last, on my dad's side I'm one of the older ones so the only reason I wasn't last there is because it's a very large family and some of my cousins are young enough to be my kids. I got all the "when are you getting married?", "you're next" and similar things.

I think some of them wondered if I was a lesbian or not, I'm not but I just let them wonder. I wasn't interested in getting married, I was more focused on my schooling and career so I could make something of myself and whatnot. Then, I met a guy named Jonathan and he changed everything, he's awesome in every way.

I have a cousin who is my nemesis who used to always gloat she was married and I was not but her husband is terribly lazy, he doesn't work so she supports him (I'd rather be single than deal with that kinda BS). My husband is not just a pretty face taking up space, he saves lives, he's a doctor. But well, til it's your time you gotta take one for the team and be miserable.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
