What advice would you give to someone interested in joining Air Force ROTC here at Det 790?

Deciding to join an organization like ROTC might seem at first to be a daunting idea. Still, my advice is simple: if youre interested in the military as a career, want to become a more well-rounded person, or have in you a desire to accomplish something meaningful, you owe it to yourself to try Air Force ROTC. Simply by being curious, you have taken the first step.

Personally, it was not until the end of my first year in the program that I knew the Air Force was indeed where I wanted to be after I graduated from college. Give it a tryyou have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. That was my mindset when I joined as a freshman, and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
