Tasty yet not messsy , variety of 3-4 , ( at least 2 with meat! ), those pastry cases with chicken in are nice , spinach & cheese triangles , prawns......
You could try some kind of different taste,could be asian cuisine!

Small veggie pakoras are nice. You can also serve variations of puff pastries (bite size) or finger size spring rolls.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
